Shipping Policy

Tauriocues.com utilizes our standard shipping rate, which is the most cost-effective option for our customers, while still ensuring high-quality shipping and meeting required delivery timelines.

Shipping and Handling Time

We handle orders throughout the week, from Monday to Saturday, and require just two days to prepare them.

Our business hours are from Monday to Saturday, 9:00am - 4:30pm ICT, excluding major holidays such as New Year Holiday, Lunar New Year Holiday, Independence Day, Christmas Eve, etc. which we will inform about on our website before they come.

Order Preparation Time: 1-2 business days (maybe take to 3 days due to high sale seasons, hodidays off)

Shipping time: 

- 3-5 days for the delivery of domestic orders, which have been dispatched from our warehouse in your country of destination (such as the USA, Singapore, or EU hub)

- 10-15 days for products sent directly from our warehouse in Vietnam. Please note that we use our own shipping service to console orders from our Vietnam warehouse to your nearby delivery hub, then orders will be handled by domestic delivery service and delivered to you. The domestic delivery tracking number will be updated to you when orders arrived in your country’s delivery hub, typically within 7-10 days.

Partial/Plit Shipment

Occasionally, a portion of your order is in transit from our fulfillment warehouse in your area, while the remaining items may be shipped directly from our other warehouses. However, we always prioritize expediting the delivery process to minimize waiting time. Rest assured, we will provide you with updated tracking numbers for all relevant shipments. Our goal is to ensure prompt and efficient service for our customers.

Order Tracking

Tauriocues.com will provide you with an email confirmation of your order, which includes a link to track your package. This allows you to easily monitor the progress of your order until it reaches your home. It is important to allow 1-3 days for the carrier to scan and process your package into their system.

In the event that you are unable to track your package due to lack of updated information, there is no need to worry. Simply notify us via email, and we will assist you in checking the status of your shipment and provide you with direct updates.

Please be aware that the shipping time mentioned does not include the duration required to prepare your order before it is shipped.
